You can request to close your account at any time. Contact our support team and the process will be completed within 24 hours. Please withdraw all remaining balance before closing your account.

Elitbet Accounts may be suspended or closed for the following reasons:

• Engaging in prohibited activities
• Verification not completed
• Extended inactivity (more than 18 months)
